Launched in 2013, BridgeUP began as a pilot program – BridgeUP: CORE, which offered academic and extracurricular support ot NYC students from 8th grade through high school at New York Public Library branches.

In 2019, BridgeUP: CORE evolved into BridgeUP + OUT, now based at Cardinal Hayes High School in the Bronx. This shift brought the program into students’ daily school lives and closer to their communities.

Our mission is to launch a generation of young adults who possess the skills, confidence, and mindset necessary to navigate the world around them in an effective, meaningful, and mindful manner. this is done through providing comprehensive and long-term support with the intention of making a transformative impact on their lives.

4. Self-Discovrery throhgh Meaningul Experiences

With dedicated Program Coaches and tutors, BridgeUP + OUT ensures students are supported year-round. Academically, socio-economcially, and through enriching summer opportunities. Together we’re building a generation of confident, capable, young adults ready to navigate the world with purpose.
